Hi everyone its Peanut asking the questions and hoping someone has some information.



I am a South Carolina resident (Military family) am I able to purchase a handgun online and have it transferred to Maryland and not need to take Maryland certifications? Or is there a way to do this besides driving clear to S.C.?



If someone has some insight that would be great.
