I was at a local auction the other night and a K31 followed me home.
I know its been cut down, has no sights, sidemount scope added, but it is numbers matching. Whoever did the stock obviously was good at wood working, as the scope inletting is nice and precise. They installed sling mounts and a Browning buttpad.
I do wish he would've had a piece of birch to work with, instead of that piece of plywood.
For a gun that seems oil-free at the moment, everything moves silky smooth. The bore appears shinier than some of my new purhases.
I had intentions of flipping it but just may keep it. Even Bubba'd up it seems really nice.
