Maybe Amazon has spoiled me, but Sarco order processing seems to be excessively slow. I ordered two small items on March 13, received an acknowledgement on March 16 that the items were "in the warehouse and will ship shortly", and I'm still waiting for my credit card to be charged and the items to be shipped. Is this normal for Sarco?
