Non Resident Transfer to MD Resident

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this but it seemed the most logical.



Have a friend who is FED LEO and spends quite a bit of time in MD.

He is a Florida resident and still has FL drivers license.



I'd like to buy a pistol from him. He has it here in MD (legally) but I'm not sure how to go about the transfer.



Do we:

A) Simply go to a MSP barracks to do this or,

B) Go through a FFL here in MD? Or,

C) have an FFL in Florida send it to an FFL here for the transfer?



Thanks in advance. I'd appreciate any suggestions and/or links to a government web site that has the details how to do this.
