"Sheriff's Office announces changes to Fingerprinting Services"
Westminster, Carroll County, Maryland; March 3rd, 2015 ------- In order to reduce the wait time for fingerprinting services, the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office would like to announce that effective Monday, April 6th, 2015 we will no longer accept walk in fingerprint customers and will begin fingerprinting by appointment only. In addition, we will also be expanding our fingerprint hours to include Monday and Friday fingerprinting, with appointments times ranging from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Fingerprint appointment times on Wednesdays will range from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office believes that these two moves will allow us to better streamline our fingerprinting process and provide for a more efficient experience for those requiring fingerprint services.
Beginning this Thursday, March 5th, 2015, citizens will be able to make appointments via the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office website at http://ift.tt/1wRRqBE or by contacting Ms. Dani Schubert, LiveScan fingerprint coordinator at 410-386-2835. Fingerprinting services will continue to be held on a walk-in basis on Wednesdays up through and including April 1st between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.
