I read a story about someone getting in big trouble in DC just for owning a bullet. Does anyone know what may have happened in the following;
Entering 300 Indiana Ave, MCPD HQ. There is a package scanner, where you deposit your pocket contents in the dish. During the time a person was emptying their pocket :innocent0 , they recognize in their fingers an unspent cartridge. The person removes all the articles in the dish in time, walks out the door and chucks the round in the garbage, returns and all is well.
Would there have been any consequecne having a round placed inside the dish? If it was in your pocket, then walk through the body scanner, then the wand I'd think that would be more trouble.
