Worth the trip alone. Bollinger's farm fresh eggs offer nutritional benefits and delicious flavor. They make the perfect soft-boiled egg, French toast, omelets, eggs Florentine, and huevos rancheros. Their eggs also bring out the best in classic preparations such as Caesar salad, spaghetti carbonara, eggnog, and homemade mayonnaise.
I'm not sure what they feed those chickens, but I highly recommend the eggs. Good lord, they are delicious. Can't wait until the am to fire up some hickory smoked bacon and Bollinger's eggs. :party29:
