When Can I Submit a Form 1?

Hey all,

I have a Sig P556 Classic pistol inbound to my local dealer.:party29:

My plans are to SBR this and add a stock. So my question is... when can I submit the Form 1? Do I have to wait until the MSP blesses me and approves my 77R, or can I submit the Form 1 as soon as the 4473 is done?

P.S. FWIW I do already have HQL, Trust, other SBRs, Designated Collector...
