Just a note to show how a gun's fit affects on target grouping.

I have been shooting this pistol for quite some time. A long story short, I did a trigger job, shortened and shaped the trigger shoe, and fitted/profiled a S&A Hi-Grip grip safety. The factory Sig grip safety is a beavertail rendition of the GI 1911-A1 grip safety, which I do not shoot well with.
7 rounds 230 hardball at 10 yards, 8 round from 15 yards in the black.
5 rounds of 895 fps 230 grain handloads, from 25 yards circled (one at the top of the black.
