I'm trying to get my hands on some sub sonic .223/5.56 ammo and it looks like there are only a few options available commercially. Beck Ammunition seems to have a good selection for the 5.56 sub sonic ammo.
Has anyone tried it through a suppressor and is it worth the $1 a round for some range fun? Or is there another sub sonic ammo that you would recommend?
And yes I know it wont cycle an AR...

Now if you have some $ burning a hole in your pocket you can buy their upper that cycles sub sonic :gun7:
