Hey everyone, I'm new to this so take leniency on me but I recently looked into the idea of buying an ar 15 and have been looking around. I contacted a dealer with my some questions and guns I was looking to purchase. So he told me that just because an AR is Maryland compliant does not mean that you can own one. Is this true, what would be the point to make compliant weapons if customers cannot purchase them. Any help would be great, thanks.
