I'm looking at the Freedom Munitions .38 ammo for a S&W 686. They have Round nose flat point and flat point bullet types. I am used to semi-auto ammo so the flat stuff is unusual for me. What is the reasoning between the RNFP and FP for the target shooting. I have seen wadcutter and semi-wadcutter but since i've not had .38 before never really looked into them. I guess i'm just not seeing a flat bullet making any sense to me.
RNFP or FP .38spl
