We are a New full service FFL located in Leonardtown MD (st Marys County) called The Law Enforcement Institute of Maryland DBA Legion Rifles! We are located at 22530 Washington st, Suite 1, Leonardtown, MD 20650. behind the court house on the Patomac River. Phone number 240-309-4019. - HQL Classes- one stop shop! one of the few places in the state doing complete 1 day HQL courses. Classroom instruction, Range time, and Live Scan finger printing are all done on the same day at the same place.
- Live Scan Finger Printing
- Full Service FFL/Dealer $25 non regulated $40 Regulated Transfers
- Custom AR-15 and AR-10 rifles. We offer a huge variety of calibers and each rifle is built to customers specifications. For info on our custom rifles please come stop by or give us a call and we will get you set up with a build sheet!

- Gunsmithing. We can take care of just about all of your gunsmithing needs! everything from swapping sights to drilling and tapping, troubleshooting and even mill/lathe work!
- We have accounts set up with some of the largest dealers in the nation and can put our hands on just about any weapon out there at some of the best prices around! we even do class 3!!
