I took a hunters safety course in early 2000 and was looking to acquire a hql license. I just happened to notice that there was something about people would be exempt from taking the handgun class for it if they had taken a hunters safety course. I just wanna know if I'm misreading that or something because it just seems to good to be true that I wouldn't have to go through all the bs to get a hql.
